STORY
Wow, Society Sucks was created by Yaneliz (Yany) Mercado, an undergrad student majoring in Journalism, with
co-host, and also one of the coolest people in the world, Evelyn Rubio. This is meant to get personal with people who are willing to share their stories behind why they believe society f-ing sucks. Being a 22-year-old Mexican woman who's had her fair share of a "sucky" life, her goal is to make sure the people interviewed feel they can comfortably open up to share their stories. This is meant to provide an opportunity to hear out individuals who suffer a little more than others due to societal construct. The least she wishes the listener can get out it is to have a better understanding of these issues and maybe empathize with those who go through them.
